Ciao! My name is Lauren. I don’t like bios, and I especially don’t like them written in the third person.  
I have been taking photos since I was in elementary school. I used to take photos of my shoes and clothes. At Kent State University, I studied art history and photography. My studies and photography have taken me to Italy, England, Scotland, Japan and Lithuania. I have always felt to be a strong artist you need to be well-rounded and understand all art forms and cultures.
I have worked with a few photographers in Chicago and a producer who has inspired me to reach out to people and share my “gift” as it has been called. I enjoy meeting people and listening to stories and the people I meet are my inspiration.  
I love pizza. I enjoy traveling, camping and my three black cats.  
I don’t like long winters, poor tippers and Mondays.
